Why we exist
Most renovation pain is not the work itself. It's the ten small decisions per day that no one is making — which tile goes where, who's showing up Thursday, when the plumber needs to be back after the tiler finishes, whether the vanity will fit through the doorway.
KME Projects handles those ten decisions. We're not the trade. We're the person you call so the trade knows what to do when they arrive, and so the room looks the way you imagined when it's finished.
How we work
Our process has five steps: Discovery, Design, Coordination, Delivery, Handover. Every project moves through them in order. Every stage ends with a written summary so you always know what was decided and why.
We carry the project-management load. You sign off on the decisions that matter — layout, materials, budget — and we take care of the rest.
