KME Projects is a renovation project-management business based in Sydney, Australia. This statement describes how we handle personal information we collect through this website and the course of our work.

When you complete our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected project type, and the project details you provide. We keep basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) for security purposes.

How we use it

We use the information you give us to reply to your enquiry, to schedule a site visit if that's the next step, and to quote on the work. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't send marketing email unless you've asked us to.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as we're actively in touch about your project, plus a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask for corrections, and to make a complaint about how we handle it. Email renovations@kmeprojects.example and we'll come back within a reasonable time.
