We run every project through the same five stages. You always know which stage you're in and what comes next.
Discovery
We come to your home for an initial walk-through. We talk about how you use the room today, what frustrates you, and what you want it to feel like when it's done. No design work yet — just understanding. You get a written brief back within a week.
Design
Layout, materials, fixtures, lighting. We put together a design package with plans, material samples, fixture specifications, and a transparent budget. You sign off on the design before any trade is engaged. Typical timeline: two to three weeks.
Coordination
We engage the trades — plumber, tiler, electrician, joiner, waterproofer — and build the schedule. Everyone arrives when they're meant to. You get a weekly status note so you always know what's happening on site this week.
Delivery
We manage the site through to completion. We're on site at every critical handoff — waterproofing before tiling, plumbing before linings, stone before final fixtures. If something unexpected comes up, we flag it immediately with options and a cost. Nothing goes ahead without your sign-off.
Handover
A final walk-through with you. Every item on the defects list gets closed out before we invoice the final stage. You get a care guide for the finishes — how to look after the stone, the tapware, the cabinetry — and a written warranty on the project-management work.
